Argentum Camera is an award-winning black & white camera app designed specifically for street photographers. It enables users to capture high-quality black & white images without any complicated adjustments or the need for post-processing.

Argentum Camera provides six filters, each inspired by renowned black & white photographers such as Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Irving Penn, Garry Winogrand, Yousuf Karsh, and Dorothea Lange.

For those looking to add a touch of life to their black & white photos, the app offers the ability to shoot Live Photos with Argentum (only available for iPhone 6S or higher).

All images, including Live Photos and stills, are processed in real-time. This means that users can see the artistic treatment inspired by Ansel Adams landscapes or Irving Penn portraits while they are still composing their shots.

The interface of Argentum Camera is simple yet functional, striking a balance between modern sleekness and classical forms. It remains unobtrusive, allowing users to fully focus on capturing their shots.

Notably, Argentum Camera is also the first camera interface that adapts to the changing handling style. In landscape mode, the shutter button slides to the end of the panel, conveniently placed directly under the user's thumb.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHT

• Real-time Processing: Argentum Camera processes images in real-time. The image seen during composition is exactly what will be captured when the shutter button is pressed.
• Two Additional Shooting Modes: The street shooting mode turns the entire screen into a large button, allowing shots to be taken by tapping anywhere. The double exposure mode enables users to superimpose two different images in a single photo with real-time preview. For optimal results, it is recommended to underexpose both shots to compensate for exposing the sensor to light twice.
• Live Photos: By activating the Live Photo mode (only available on iPhone 6S or higher), users can bring their black & white images to life.
• Instant Preview: This option provides a quick preview of the photo immediately after capturing it, eliminating the need to navigate to the gallery for verification of lighting or focus.
• Keep Original Photos: When enabled, this feature stores the original unprocessed photos in the Camera Roll.
• JPEG, HEIC, TIFF, and RAW: Argentum Camera allows users to save both original and processed photos in JPEG, HEIC, or TIFF format. Additionally, the original photo can be saved in RAW format for advanced editing.
• Adaptive Interface Layout: The shutter button is conveniently shifted and placed directly under the user's thumb when using Argentum Camera in landscape mode.
• Torch & Flash: In addition to the standard flash option, there is a torch mode that provides continuous lighting for improved control.
• AF/AE Lock: Tapping and holding on the screen allows focus and exposure to be locked while composing the shot.
• Rich Metadata: Argentum Camera saves location data and used filters in the EXIF, ensuring that users can always keep track of their best photos.
